Cabbage segmenter

This machine is designed to cut cabbage heads into segments quickly and safely.

The removable cutting grid is available in 2, 4 or 6 segments.

The operator positions a cabbage on the cutting grid and pushes the start button, which will activate the sliding safety door/s that have safety interlocks fitted. When doors are closed the pneumatic ram will push the cabbage through the knife grid. The cut segments fall through onto the discharge elevator.
