Cheese block cutter

Tripax cheese block cutters are designed for the segmenting of full block of cheese for sale or further processing by machines that cannot handle full blocks.
The cutter consists of an infeed conveyor, which automatically feeds blocks, when the signal is given, into first cutting chamber.

A ram pushes the block(s) through vertical knives. A second ram pushes the block(s), at 90 degree to the first, through another set of vertical knives. A third ram pushes the cut blocks into the feed channel where a fourth ram feeds the blocks, one by one, out of the cutter on demand from the machine being fed.
Built entirely from stainless steel and food grade plastics and designed for ease of cleaning and sanitation.

Utmost regard is given to safety including electric and pneumatic controls and interlocked guards over infeed and cutting compartments.
