Cluster cutter

Tripax cluster cutters are designed to cut or pull apart clusters of peas or beans that cannot be separated by a cluster separator.

Beans travel through the inside of a rotating drum mounted on a slight decline on four trunnion’s offering a smooth and quite running.

Hooks and knives placed on the inner radius of the drum pick up bean clusters and force them through striker plates situated above the product flow, cutting the clusters.

Loose beans will travel between the hooks and out though the discharge chute
