Cluster separator
Designed to separate loose beans or peas from clusters at the start of the processing line.
Fingers are fitted to a rotating drum, which rotates in the opposite direction to the product flow (fed from the top of the drum). Loose beans will fall through the fingers and over the drum surface against the rotational direction of the drum.
Clusters will get caught on the fingers and dragged backwards, against the flow of beans, and be discharged on the backside of the drum for further processing by a cluster cutter (see separate brochure).
Made from stainless steel and food grade materials to food industry and safety standards.
Other bean processing equipment information available on request.
