1000 CHEESE BLOCK SHREDDER
There are many standard shred sizes available with this model, it starts at 3mm, 4mm, 5mm & 6mm being the thickest at this stage, the length of the shred is controlled by the crosscut knives. The shortest standard shred length is 30mm, then 60mm and so on in 30mm centres.

The Tripax Bug & Debris Removal System is relatively easy to retro fit to your existing Tripax Wash Line and it does involve
some cutting, grinding and welding, so it is recommended to be fitted by the correct trained technician that is familiar with the
fitting and tasks required.

SPIN DRYER
The TRIPAX Spin Dryer consists of a rotating cradle into which a light 45ltr plastic product basket can be placed. The cradle is situated in a rectangular shaped main body covered with a transparent hinged lid on the top.
VIBRATORY DEWATERING FEEDER
To accept product from washer, Conveyor, bin tipper or Crate to dewater and separate running or residual water from the product as well as remove unwanted solids or bugs within the product mix, as well as performing an even continuous feed of product in the production line
