Inspection conveyor

The Tripax inspection conveyor is designed to rotate produce on a conveyor to allow an operator to inspect the produce for faults or blemishes.

The conveyor consists of a number of ribbed aluminium or smooth plastic rollers equally spaced and situated between two chains between the end sprockets.

The rollers are pulled along with the chains and are, at the same time, rotating as they run over two strips of rubber underneath the roller.

The product is fed onto the conveyor and will roll around constantly due to the rotation of the rollers and at the same time be carried forward. This gives a complete exposure of the product to the operator.
