Length grading

Tripax length grader is designed for the in line grading of long produce such as beans or carrots.

Product is fed onto the vibratory pan and is aligned length-wise by means of channels that the product slides into by the agitations of the vibrating pan.

The products travel over two or more grading stations. At each station an adjustable opening allows short or unwanted small pieces of product to fall through the opening whereas longer acceptable product will travel over these openings and over the vibratory pan discharge.

The discharge outlet can be divided into two sections for distribution to two separate lanes for further processing.
